How can I cancel my order?Once you've transferred the money to Japanka.com's bank account we immediately request the desired merchandise from our suppliers. It usually takes from 3-5 days for the merchandise to arrive to our warehouse in Tokyo. During this period, in case of COD, you could cancel your order. You will be refunded with the full amount minus the bank transfer fees. How long does it take from me paying to me holding the product?10 days on average. 2 weeks the longest and 1 week the fastest. It's important when the money are remitted because of the time difference - Saturdays and Sundays off. Once the payment is cleared we place your order. It usually takes 3-5 day for your merchandise to arrive at our warehouse in Tokyo. As soon as it arrives we ship it to you via EMS, unless otherwise requested. Once you ship the product to us here in Tokyo, we have the obligation to send it to the manufacturer at our expense. Once it is repaired we will sent it back to you again at our expense. IMPORTANT: You have to ship the damaged merchandise with ALL the documentation and tools that were originally enclosed when you first received it otherwise the manufacturer won't honor the warranty.
